Carbondale Wild West Rodeo Wins 2nd in Post Independent Local’s Choice Awards

On Friday June 17 at Strawberry Days, Carbondale Wild West Rodeo (CWWR) Royalty, pictured above, was on hand to receive the Post Independent’s Local’s Choice Award 2nd Place. CWWR is pleased that area locals enjoy the rodeo so much and we look forward to more great entertainment for the remainder of the 2016 rodeo season. CWWR Royalty also participated in the parade on Saturday morning, and met Colorado Senator Randy Baumgardner.

There are many special acts and events planned for the rest of this rodeo season. We will have the One Armed Bandit with his long horns; Josh Rogan with his Americana, Rock and Roll and Blues Music; Joe Carr — Rodeo Clown and Funny Man; Tough Enough to Wear Pink Rodeo; and Hawaiian Night.
