For those who attended the July 4th Carbondale Wild West Rodeo there was much concern about two Ranch Bronc Riders that were injured. We are happy to report that Clay Gross and Tanner Nieslanik only missed one day of work and were back at it. At the July 11th rodeo Jesse Williams was mashed pretty good by a bull and was carried out on a stretcher with several concerns of broken bones. The report from his dad the next day said that Jesse has a separated shoulder and concussion which was much less than what the EMT’s were concerned about. Jesse’s dad says he is doing good all things considered. We are thankful for all who work to keep our rodeo cowboys safe. Our bull fighter, barrel man, pickup men and the EMT’s all play an important role in the rodeo. Thanks again!
