Volunteers Always Welcome — Thank You to 2014 Volunteers

If you have been to the Carbondale Wild West Rodeo, you will have noticed a multitude of folks wearing red Carbondale Wild West Rodeo shirts. These folks are the legion of volunteers it takes to have the rodeo run smoothly. The CWWR depends on these fine folks week after week. There are still opportunities to volunteer — whether you have one Thursday evening to donate your time, 3 or 4 nights, or the whole 12 rodeos of the season — we welcome you to join us. To join us contact Melanie at: [email protected] (970) 379-0809

We want to thank our 2014 Volunteers:
Following is the list of the 2014 Rodeo helpers. Without these folks in the arena, the crow’s nest, the secretary shed, the parking lots, behind the chutes and those even further behind the scenes working on the website, and Facebook, and hanging up posters, and spreading the word; we wouldn’t have the fantastic rodeo we do year after year. Without the dedicated stock contractors you wouldn’t see the superior bucking stock, or roping cattle each week. We thank all of these folks.

Steve Turley, Peter Grange, Paul Grange, Carrie Washburn, Randy Melton, Marcelo Cruz, Todd Shipley, Adam Bugner, Christina Medved, Charlotte Perry White, Stephanie Schilling, Stacie Hixson, Julie Albrecht, Tanner Hawkins, Roaring Fork High School Boy Basketball, Larry Williams, Brian Soucie, Ginny Harrington, Maxine Harris, Diane Teague, Clayton Everhart, Katie Ford, Orin Moon, Ralph Fritzlan, Red Harper, Jerry Berentis, Bryce Berentis, Matt Nieslanik, Rick Arbaney, Sam Bevan, Perry Will, Steve Groom, Bo Wertz, Amber Wertz, Susie Rupert, Bonnie Fergen, Cody Griebel, Tyler Kantas, and Brett Tonozzi.

As well as your Carbondale Wild West Rodeo Association Board members, Mike Kennedy, Dave Weimer, Tom Harrington and Melanie Cardiff who volunteer all of their time, contributing hundreds of hours to produce this 12 week rodeo series.

When you see these individuals, please take the time to tell them “thank you.” Without all these individuals we would not be able to continue to produce the Carbondale Wild West Rodeo.
