Premium Arena Fence ONLINE Parking Reservations

We’re thrilled to offer our premium arena-fence parking reservations again for the 2024 season!

With this ticket, you can park your vehicle directly by the arena fence for easy access and a prime view of the rodeo action. It’s perfect for a tailgate-style experience! 

Leaving your vehicle on Wednesday at the arena or on Willow Lane is no longer permitted.

 

 

HOW TO USE PREMIUM ARENA FENCE PARKING:

 

  1. Buying Tickets:
    • Tickets go on sale every Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon)
    • First sale date: June 5, 2024
    • Buy tickets on Eventbrite or click on the “Reserve Arena Fence Parking” Button at the bottom of this page.
  2. What Your Ticket Allows:
    • One vehicle or trailer parked at the fence
    • One extra vehicle behind it (for unloading only)
    • The extra vehicle must not block others
  3. After Buying:
    • Print TWO copies of your ticket/confirmation
    • One for main vehicle, one for extra vehicle
  4. At the Event:
    • Put the printed confirmation on each vehicle’s dashboard
  5. Parking Rules:
    • You can park anytime after 12:00 PM (noon) on Wednesday
    • Find your spot using the SEAT number on your ticket
    • Make absolutely sure you’re in the right spot
  6. What You Can Bring:
    • You can bring food and tailgating setup
    • DO NOT bring your own alcohol (not allowed)

  • You can only buy arena parking tickets online in advance

 

Important Details:

  1. No refunds allowed
  2. 23 spots available (popular & sell out quickly)
  3. Eventbrite Terminology:
    • If Eventbrite says “unavailable“: Tickets are pending & may become available again. Keep refreshing your page!!! 
    • If Eventbrite says “sold out“: No more tickets are available.

 

What This Ticket Is For:

  • Special parking near the arena fence
  • Does NOT include entry to the rodeo
  • For rodeo entry and regular parking, buy tickets at the gate

 

Finding Your Spot:

  • Your ticket has a SEAT number
  • This number matches your parking spot number
  • Some spots may not fit trailers
  • Some spots aren’t right on the fence but still have a good view

 

Remember:

    • Be polite to everyone at the event
    • This special parking is a privilege, not a right

The Carbondale Wild West Rodeo Association retains the authority to make changes to event parking arrangements, procedures, rules, pricing, and regulations as they see fit and when they believe it is necessary.

The Carbondale Rodeo Committee is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization committed to keeping the Roaring Fork Valley’s western heritage alive by offering a fun family-oriented event for residents and visitors alike. The Carbondale Wild West Rodeo is held every Thursday from June until late August, rain or shine.

2024 Rodeo Season

The 2024 rodeo season will begin on Thursday, June 6th, and continue through Thursday, August 22nd. Come down to the rodeo every Thursday evening for 12 weeks. 

  • Gates open at 5 pm 
  • Slack is at 5:45 pm
  • Grand Entry is at 7:30

Reserve Arena Fence Parking

We are excited to continue the premium arena fence online parking reservation system for the 2024 season!

Arena fence parking tickets go on sale every Wednesday starting at noon through the rodeo season and typically sell out within minutes.

Remember, leaving your vehicles at the arena or on Willow Lane early is no longer allowed.
